Massey leads major Canadian Fire Conference

Massey Emergency Management has been hired by the Edmonton Fire Department to lead a two day high-rise firefighting conference on Feb 22-23, the largest in Canada in many years.

Firefighters from across Canada will be attending this highly advanced series of training modules, including “break-out” table-top training scenarios, that cover all vital aspects of high-rise operations – building systems, command & control, tactics & strategy, new-age building construction, wind-driven fires, and high tech tenant features.

Team Massey will be represented by the owner and CEO, Curtis Massey, widely recognized as the world’s leading high-rise instructor and John Miller, retired Battalion Chief LAFD who is one of the top highrise experts to ever serve in the fire service and long time Massey team member.

Every department trained to date by Massey has rewritten components of their high-rise firefighting SOPs, the ultimate testament to the quality and comprehensiveness of Team Massey’s instruction.
