Massey has added another iconic New York high-rise to its growing list of buildings across the country implementing its emergency preparedness and response systems.
425 Lexington which sits beside another iconic New York asset the Chrysler Building, is a 700,000 SF skyscraper that is implementing Massey’s industry-leading Massey Plan and its mobile partner The Massey App.
The app provides an ability to see a property’s preplans on mobile devices. But it also includes a wide variety of features supporting all aspects of emergency preparedness and response, including action advice for 130 emergency events, messaging and an ability to upload key building documents for access anywhere, anytime without power or connectivity.
