This twin-40 story 2.3 MSF office and trading facility now known as CME Center, has been one of the Midwest’ most prominent addresses for 3 decades.
The north tower (10 South Wacker) was Chicago’s first all-concrete skyscraper when it opened 30 years ago. Managed by Tishman Speyer and owned by JP Morgan, this project just completed a major lobby renovation that has brought the complex back to a state of great prominence and grace. We’re proud to protect such an important address as “The Merc”, formerly home to the largest open outcry futures exchange.
