Massey Offers 4 Distinctive Types of Pre-Plans that Target Specific Building Types

Full Massey Plan System

Contains all floor plans including subgrade levels, mechanical decks, and roof; all 5 primary risers (elevator, standpipe, ventilation, stairwell, structural/hazmat/master shut-off diagrams); site plan; detailed text encompassing FD tactical concerns, utilities, hazmat storage, base systems, tenant systems, unique building features, building access points and more. Massey App to host all text and schematics, integrated with Massey App emergency event protocols and messaging system. Grab and Go Emergency Center Box, multi-day surveys by the fire officer. Large format printed copies of Massey Plan, complete with Massey Insights, important learning modules to protect your building.

High-Rise Quick Action Plan (QAP)

For the office, residential and mixed-use buildings (generally 16+ floors) all 5 primary risers (elevator, standpipe, ventilation, stairwell, structural/hazmat/master shut-off diagrams); site and ground-level floor plans and one additional “typical occupancy” floor plan in the base program. Extra floor plans available as needed for an additional fee. Fire department summary encapsulating key data for building systems, Massey App to host all text and schematics, integrated with Massey App emergency event protocols and messaging system, Quick Action foldout for easy viewing of all documents, Grab and Go Emergency Center Box, a survey by the fire officer, and large format printed copies of Massey Plans.

Mid-Rise Quick Action Plan (QAP)

For the office, residential and mixed-use buildings (generally 6-15 floors) including (standpipe and stairwell risers) site and ground-level floor plans with additional floor plans available as needed for an additional fee. Fire department summary encapsulating key data for building systems, Massey App to host all text and schematics, integrated with Massey App emergency event protocols, a survey by a fire officer, Grab and Go Emergency Center Box, and large format printed copies of Massey Plans.

For low-rise environment (generally 5 floors and under – but not large footprint buildings). Site plan and ground-level floor plan integrated with Massey App emergency event protocols. Additional floor plans available as needed for an additional fee. Building to provide architectural drawings with fire officer survey an option as an added cost for complex properties.

Massey’s Tenant Training Portal covers five topics, each segment with thoughtfully developed quizzes. The topics include general emergency response, fire response, natural disasters, human threats, and medical emergencies. Each topic provides action advice and reactions to avoid, outlining best personal safety procedures for crises large or small. Availability is unlimited both for number of tenants and allowing access anytime for refreshers. Completion reports available for building management. Web-based access, optimized for desktop computers and tablets.

Massey’s Virtual Evacuation Drill gives tenants the ability to seamlessly navigate a building’s vital exit routes remotely. Click on interactive icons along the routes to find brief informational videos and descriptive text explaining important building safety features. The 360-degree photos allow critical items like fire extinguishers, sprinklers, elevators, exit signs, emergency lighting and other lifesaving equipment to be seen from any angle and educationally explored. Occupants will complete the virtual drill feeling confident they can respond to any potential crisis.

Walk your staff through action items related to emergency responses of all types. Integrate with protocols found in the Massey App. Prepared by experienced first responders and building management, the virtual staff table-top gives you an ability to train your staff with a professional presentation while maintaining social distancing as needed.
