15 Hudson Yards, one of the tallest all-residential skyscrapers in the U.S. is the latest Hudson Yards building to adopt the Massey System consisting of the Massey Pre-Plan and mobile app. The Related and Oxford slender 88 story tower reaches nearly 1000’ into the midtown skyline and is the 3rd tallest building in the complex – all of whom are also Massey protected buildings in a “city within a city” 25 billion dollar development that is the largest private real estate development in US history. The Plan also includes “The Shed” which is attached to the east side of the tower. The Shed is a massive concert hall/cultural assembly area on wheels that literally folds out of 15 HY on huge railroad tracks to allow for large concerts, fashion shows and other cultural events that is the only one of its kind in the country, not unlike the nearby super-popular “Vessel” venue only yards away to the north.
