10-24 School St, Boston Ma
Massey has partnered with the Clarendon group on 10-24 School St. in downtown Boston. What was once the Boston Five Cents Savings Bank, when the 8-story building was rebuilt in the 1920’s it added the curved corner section- a juxtaposition of the classical and modern styles popular in the 1920’s. Sitting opposite the Old Corner Bookstore, it is on the Freedom Trail which runs down historic School Street. School Street has housed the US’s first public school, the Boston Latin school, founded in 1704, and attended by many of our Founding Fathers. An iconic structure for the past 100 years, 10-24 School Street now will have the added protections of the Massey Tenant Training Portal and the Massey Virtual Evacuation Drill to help ensure another 100 years of existence.
