444 South Flower Street is a towering 48 story stainless steel and glass tower in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles. Having appeared in several movies, video games and the popular “LA Law” TV series since it was completed in 1981, it is also home to one of the largest public art collections in the city. 444 South Flower has teamed up with Massey Emergency Management to protect the building, tenants, and the art within through the implementation of a Massey Pre- Plan, Tenant Training Portal, and Virtual Evacuation Drill!
