76 Trinity, a 26 story $300 million mixed-use tower is nearing the end of construction, built on a vacant lot near the world famous Trinity Church.
One of Lower Manhattan’s newest high-rises only blocks from the World Trade Center will rejuvinate a prized location ripe for urban renewal. Massey was hired to protect this new prized asset July 2019, designed by renowned architectural firm Pelli Clarke.
Massey has pre-planned many Pelli projects, including the massive Brookfield Place, formerly the World Financial Center in New York, and skyscrapers in LA, Chicago and Philadelphia (777 Tower, 181 W Madison, Cira Centre respectively).
