Philadelphia First Responders Deploy Massey App

First responders in Philadelphia are the latest to deploy The Massey App

Both the Philadelphia Fire Department and Philadelphia Police (Special Operations/SWAT) will have the Massey App at their disposal, should an emergency occur at a Massey client building.

Agencies across much of the U.S. are supporting the deployment of The Massey App, an unparalleled access to critical building pre-planning information that can assist in implementing advanced strategies for rapid response to an unfolding crisis.

Cities as far afield as Tampa, Miami – Dallas, Houston – Los Angeles, San Francisco – Boston, Philadelphia – are just a few of the communities deploying in 2016.

Massey is the world leader in emergency preparedness for commercial real estate and the integration of first responders is a continuation of the company’s focus for much of its 30 years, as it has preplanned more than 800 million square feet of buildings in the U.S., Canada, and the Middle East.

The company is also well known as a leading fire service trainer, with a drill in early 2016 (pictured) showing an exercise Massey’s team coordinated to heighten awareness of best practices for incidents at high-rise locations, this one at CBRE’s 54-story BNY Mellon Center (Massey client).
