San Francisco Fire Department Becomes Latest to Implement the Massey App

Massey Emergency Management is pleased to announce the San Francisco Fire Department is the latest to support implementation of The Massey App.

The program gives the fire department access to client building preplans 24/7 for emergency response.

Using department tablets, this provides mobile access to critical information without delay for incident commanders. It also includes the ability to send life saving emergency messages to both building operations personnel and fire wardens from their command post on arrival, which in many cities is not in the incident building itself, but in the street – sometimes blocks away.

In California the Los Angeles City Fire Department is already using The Massey App, along with other departments from Dallas and Tampa in the south to Philadelphia and Pittsburgh in the northeast.  More departments will be joining shortly, providing the most technologically advanced mobile system on the market for accessing essential information.

Massey is the world leader in emergency preparedness for commercial real estate.  Over its 30-year history it has preplanned more than 800 million square feet of buildings in more than 100 cities since its founding in 1986.
