One of Houston’s premier business addresses has completed the updates to all their Massey Plans created over 20 yrs ago and adopted the Massey App throughout the landmark campus.
Spanning 52 acres, 11 buildings and 5 MSF, Greenway is considered a pioneering example of mixed-use development in the country and was the first project of its kind in the city of Houston.
Parkway Properties’ leadership also decided to tack on the sleek 34 story, 630,000 Sq. Ft. Phoenix Tower, with its gleaming curtain wall, clad in bands of silver and blue-green reflective glass, thus completing full coverage with the Massey System for the considerably large complex.
